Hygienic Flooring and Coating Systems
Floor coating systems for concrete substrates vary by application and generally include the following categories:
• Abrasion-resistant flooring: Used in production halls and parking areas in commercial or office complexes.
• Anti-slip flooring: Designed for sloped or high-friction surfaces.
• Hygienic flooring: Applied in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and hygiene production areas, as well as operating rooms and hospitals.
• Chemical-resistant flooring: Suitable for facilities exposed to corrosive chemicals, such as battery rooms and control rooms in refineries and power plants.
• Anti-static (ESD) flooring: Used in electronics manufacturing, combustible material handling areas, and defense industries.
Phyla products are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 1815 and ASTM F2772 international standards.
FILA products are manufactured in accordance with international standards ASTM D4060, ISO 12944, NACE SP0178, as well as domestic standards IGS-C-TP-020 and IPS-C-TP-102.
