Polyurea Coatings
Polyurea Coatings
Polyurea is a two-component, fast-reacting coating that, due to its exceptional resistance to abrasion, impact, chemicals, and weathering, is used in heavy-duty industries according to standards such as ASTM D4541 for adhesion and ASTM D412 for tensile strength.
Lacquers, as final protective and decorative coatings, are used in furniture, wood, and metal industries in accordance with the ISO 1522 standard for hardness.
Other specialized coatings include nano coatings (with self-cleaning properties), fire-retardant coatings compliant with BS 476, antibacterial coatings according to ISO 22196, smart coatings (color-changing with temperature or light), and scratch-resistant coatings, each designed for specific applications and environments, and required to meet the relevant standards.
PHYLA products are manufactured in accordance with international standards ASTM D4060, ISO 12944, NACE SP0178, as well as domestic standards IGS-C-TP-020 and IPS-C-TP-102.
