Tank Coatings
Tank Coatings
Corrosion-resistant coatings play a vital role in protecting industrial tanks. For the internal surfaces of tanks, high-chemical-resistance epoxy coatings are typically used, providing durability against corrosive substances and various fluids. For external surfaces, polyurethane coatings and industrial paints resistant to weather conditions are applied to protect tanks from moisture, UV radiation, and environmental factors. The selection of coating type depends on factors such as the type of fluid stored, environmental conditions, operating temperature, and operational requirements. These coatings should be periodically inspected and, if necessary, repaired to maintain their protective performance and extend the service life of the tanks.
PHYLA products are manufactured in accordance with international standards ASTM D4060, ISO 12944, NACE SP0178, and domestic standards IGS-C-TP-020 and IPS-C-TP-102.
